Xplora WhatsApp is primarily intended to ask short questions about our services. Please don't forget to mention it if your question is about a particular location or school!

Xplora WhatsApp is designed to provide 'general' information about the Xplora services and the Learning and Innovation Center.
In the case of a specific question that can not be answered through WhatsApp (given to content, nature or expected duration) the employee will refer you to the designated person, team or service.

Xplora WhatsApp does not provide any personal information.
Questions like "What is my library card number?" or "What is my password to be able to request books?" will not be answered.

Our WhatsApp conversations are not legally binding.

WhatsApp conversations with Xplora employees are informal by nature, but should stay within the bounds of common decency. Employees may end a conversation, if they consider this as moral offensive, racist, offensive or irrelevant.

Records of conversations are kept by Xplora for statistical evaluation.
